How are my credits deducted for image or video generation?
Your credits are used up based on a few factors including the tools and models you choose, the duration of videos, the quantity of outputs, and the resolution of the images or videos.
Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?
No, unused credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle. We recommend using your credits within the current subscription period to maximize their value.
How to check my credit status?
You can check your credit status by looking in the top right corner of the screen or visiting the Billing page. There, you'll see how many monthly credits you have left.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, the price you see is the price you pay. There are no additional hidden charges beyond the plan you select.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund within the 3 days of your first purchase if you have not used more than 50 credits. Read our Refund Policy for more details.
